CANNES FOR CAMPAIGN

Laura JB, Kay Hsu (Spotify) and Vicki Maguire (Havas) spoke about Lions’ Winning Leadership at the inaugural Campaign House this week. In this powerhouse panel chaired my Campaign editor Maisie McCabe, they spoke about their experiences as creative leaders, how they get to the best work as CCOs and what they value in creative departments.

Central to the talk was diverse talent, and how they lean in to make sure every person in their team is making the best work of their lives.
