Marlow Gin was the town’s best-kept secret, an award-winning product, but with low local awareness. To compete in a saturated craft gin market, it needed a bold new identity and standout local presence to drive awareness, distribution, and sales.
CHARTING THE COURSE:
Brand Platform: We created The Spirit of Marlow - a platform celebrating unique local character and the craft which is distilled into every bottle of Marlow Gin. This now acts as a north star for the brand, guiding packaging to partnerships, campaigns to community moments.
Brand Identity: The refreshed brand identity reflects the craft and care behind the product. A hand-cut typeface mirrors the gin’s artisanal nature, while every detail communicates quality, authenticity, and the brand’s distinctive character—giving Marlow Gin a confident presence that truly stands out on the shelf.

Innovation: We used cutting-edge AI to reimagine the legendary story of Flight Lieutenant Bill Marshall flying his Spitfire under Marlow Bridge. For the 80th anniversary of VE Day, we brought this epic tale to life, celebrating Marlow Gin’s roots and pushing creative boundaries to deliver a film beyond the reach of most local distillers.
Craft: celebrating Marlow with a playful twist, this poster is hyper-local advertising, hand-painted by a local signwriter, crafted with care, and full of community spirit.
